Yeah, that's why it bothers me when people say eat 2000 calories. Sure you can but it's not an open gate of still eating the same food if you're trying to lose weight.

Honeslty, adults should be eating happy meals, with WATER! Instead, the adult meals have like 100% DV of fat and like 800-1200+ calories!

I understand what you're saying and no, i actually feel fat afterwards and was just trying to justify unhealthy eating habits. Oh well lol

That's what it does. Plus, if I ever do eat junk food again my body feels like shit. Like I literally become sick. So I'm like used to healthy food.

Meh, it makes a couple differences but cals is by far the most important. Hard to digest feuds (like these foods) obviously won't make anything faster.

To me it's the food you eat which is more important. You get a huge amount saturated fat and loads of cholesterol from eating from junk foods(burgers) which say they contain like 500 calories.
