No, not eliminate them, just should not be the staple of a diet, which is the most consumed food group.

And legumes are what should be used as filler with small amounts of grains.

My point was CM Punk you can have Subway three times a day and easily lose weight. With some subway sandwiches you can have 3 subways a day and still be around a 1000 calories less than the daily amount you're "supposed" to intake.

And honestly, I don't expect people to eat healthy at this point. No one cares about health in America.

People eat breads/grains WAY too much.
Including myself. I eat way too much pasta. :pity:

You can be overweight and be healthy. Its not about what size you are. You could feel great now, but when you get older, all the crap you ate when you were younger could effect you, badly.

I think everyone's body is slightly different in what they can eat more of and less of though. If I eat fast food more than once a week I feel like crap.
