Biggest myth in nutrition. Bread -- in large doses -- is bad for you, otherwise, you get plenty of goodness from it. Losing weight is all about cals, some subway's contain hardly any.

Healthy is probably the wrong word. It's not as unhealthy as many people think. You can lose a lot of weight just by eating subway, hard to make that case for other fast-food restaurants.

White Bread or Whole Wheat Bread?
Whole Wheat is better but it doesn't truly mean healthy. It is healthy in a degree.

The human diet should have more vegetation then anything else. Bread/grains should not be the staple of anyone's diet.

Hence why I said "healthy" was the wrong word to choose. Eating anything repetitively is unhealthy (even fruit and vegetables).
