These guys just debuted a month ago, so you can't expect them to be great.
Actually we can expect them to be good. These guys didn't just come out of a school or off the streets, they've been in training for no telling how long. They've been on TV and held championships, they know what they're getting into and the WWE writers know what guys need to get over. Unfortantly for some reason the writers will get these guys who may be great but then give them a crap gimmick and then they sink.

By losing a shitload of matches. Yes, someone actually thought that was a great idea.
It was a good idea. Look at MVP's heel personality, he believed he was better than everybody else; all the wrestlers in the back, all the fans, everyone. Then he starts loosing to everyone. He starts doing promo's about loosing and in a way shows that he's starting to believe he's somewhat like everyone else and the fans slowly side with him. Then when he wins it's this big event that MVP is back, but for the people.
how is this my fault? lol thats exactly the problem. instead of changing his attitude and style they just added a wide ass gay grin and now we're supposed to buy into his character as a face. oh, they made him dance and sing a little more which is.........................gay.
Why wouldn't it work? Correct me if I'm wrong but even though Miz and Morrison were heels they still got cheered a good bit, Morrison especially because of his promos. People liked his character and his attitude, so why change it? He has been having promo's where he interacts with other wrestlers and with Teddy Long to show he's going face.
Why wouldn't the smile work? It worked for Shawn Michaels. I'm 90% sure though that this past Smackdown where Morrison's promo about fighting Hardy was on a card. He just looked like he was reading it out loud and then towards the end it just looked fake.
That's my main problem with Smackdown Main Eventers right now. CM Punk, Hardy, Morrison, all of their promo's sound fake, especially Jeff's. Maybe it's just their voices, but it never sounds like that's what they really mean and that it was rehearsed.
