I'm not even an Austin fan and I marked out when that happened. Beating ass, stunners left and right, it was great.

Jericho's return in 2007
Austin returns to help the WWF 2001 (can't remember month)
Kurt Angle comes with milk truck
Austin comes with beer truck
Triple H returns at Raw then to win the Royal Rumble
Vince lifts Rock's suspension after Backlash 01' to help the WWF
Undertaker returns in 00 JDay at the end of the HHh/Rock ironman as the bikey gimmick.
Jericho's return in 2007
Austin returns to help the WWF 2001 (can't remember month)

Shelton beating Triple H in his Raw debut was pretty damn awesome. Along with his WM21 MITB ladder run were two markout moments.
Benoit winning the Title, making Triple H tap and him hugging Eddie was insane! It was really emotional at the time...
Jeff Jarrett winning the IC title with the Sharpshooter and crying out for Owen, also amazing.
TAKA Michonoku getting a world title shot against Triple H and almost winning. (I SO thought he was gonna win.)
The Rock...well, everything he did was a mark out moment for me.
Stone Cold getting run down in the first place was up there.
Matt Hardy jumping out of the crowd and attacking Edge, then cutting a promo telling the WWE to "kiss my ass!" had me going "It's real! It's real!". That was epic.
My favorites that happened that were mentioned already was when Sting dropped the bat and the "American Badass" debuted. Great thread, Mike.

Honestly, even though we all knew it was going to happen when the Undertaker returned to Wrestlemania XX as The Deadman It was a minor markout moment. Even though there were hints the entire time that he was going back to that when the gongs sounded and he walked out in his old school trench coat and hat I have to admit I marked a little.

When Kevin Nash beat Goldberg for the WHC at Starcade 1999 I marked out quite a bit. I was a huge Wolfpac and Goldberg fan at the time and I was torn as to who I wanted to win but when Scott Hall tazed (sp?) Goldberg and Nash ended up winning I remember jumping up and down like an idot screaming "GOLDBERG LOST!! THE STREAK IS OVER!!" at the top of my lungs lol.

Vengeance 01- Chris Jericho Wins Undisputed title from Rock& Austin
Definitely one of my favorite moments as a wrestling fan
Smackdown 2002- Brock Lesnar Destroys Hulk Hogan
Summerslam 2002- Brock Lesnar Decimating my Favorite wrestler the Rock to become undisputed champion in his rookie season in 5 short months
Summerslam 2003- Kurt Angle Makes Lesnar Tap for 1st time
Survivor Series 2003- 1st time John Cena F-U's the Big Show
The Rock returns at NWO 03 to face Hogan in the rematch
Raw 2003- Bill Goldberg in WWE
Honestly I pretty much marked out for every smackdown i saw in 2002-2004
And growing up I usually marked out when an up & comer defeated an established main eventer. Those were always the best and most emotional surprises to me. Like When Edge beat Angle & Jericho In 02 or when Orton beat Mick Foley in 04 those moments are awesome and still are
