  1. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

This is a good list. However, the 6-sided ring is the only one of its kind in the United States. It didn't take me long to adjust. I love it. What you said about Kurt Angle is true. I believe that was why TNA wanted him in the first place. He's by far the biggest draw on the roster and...
  2. Seminal Moments in TNA

What moment or incident defines TNA wrestling? A signing? A match? There are some very humble beginnings to speak of and growth to match it. I some that really jump out. Christian Cage debuting. I really became a fan in late 2004 of the Captain and followed him directly to TNA. I watched...
  3. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

WWE as a whole isn't inferior. However, there are things that make the fucking product stink like shit. JBL Hornswaggle Khali Mark Henry Umaga DX Shelton Benjamin disappearing ECW really became Extremely Crappy Wrestling HHH's lack of suspense in his matches since his return Ric...
  4. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

I currently watch Impact and Smackdown. My main focus the last 6 months has definitely been TNA. It just feels more honest and I love the modest production values. Making all 900 fans go nuts is more of a test. A match like Batista vs. Khali is barely watchable with 20,000. Imagine if they...
  5. The IC title

What else does anybody expect? This is the same belt Ric Flair had for months while feuding with HHH. It hasn't meant anything in 4 years. In fact, only the WWE title has any value these days.
  6. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

There's something else to consider here. TNA's biggest draws are either nearing 40 or over 40. Angle, Steiner, Sting, Jarrett. Cage is only 34. ONe thing I don't want is for TNA to turn into WCW circa 1999.
  7. I love Roxxi

The jury is still out for me. I haven't seen too much of her to make a proper assessment. Potential, yes.
  8. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

^^Yikes! I don't think calling him worthless is accurate. I have seen great improvement in Tomko in the last 6 months. He can actually talk! I don't think he's the best but he'll be there soon enough.
  9. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

I'm not sure either man is ready yet. They need to be re-packaged as great latino wrestlers instead of thugs to be taken that seriously.
  10. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

Absolutely right. I can't believe I forgot Jarrett. He could come back and be the perfect sentimental babyface now. With good reason too. I just watched the Fan's Revenge match this morning and realized JJ cares about his company and the fans. I don't know of any other top heel that would...
  11. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

I was just looking at the official TNA roster on the website and I concede that it's very thin. Should TNA give Raven a call to have a go with Kurt Angle on a few ppv's? Or should they dig deeper and find Monty Brown? Or give Tomko or Christopher Daniels a chance? In the last 6 months I've...
  12. Hornswaggle!

It was a cute little idea for 3 weeks but now it's way out of control. This is the kind of bullshit that really makes one embarassed to be a wrestling fan. Send him off to Giant Gonzalez's little island.
  13. HHHate Hunter? Think he's HHHitler? Post HHHere!

^^That's the most fair and comprehensive, if not succint, summation of Mr. Lightning Rod himself. I can actually live with that. I wish I didn't dislike the guy so much. A reputation is very hard to lose in the public's eye. I just don't think his matches are the psychological classics his...
  14. Did anyone watch the Year 1 DVD?

Sounds like I'll have to watch it. I wish I could lay claim to being there in the beginning but I wasn't. I officially jumped ship in December 2005 thanks to the guy in the sig.
  15. Will DX ever come back?

God willing DX will stay dead and buried next to the NWO. Although, if not for DX ruining tv 2 years ago, I may not have focused 90% of my attention to TNA. I have them to thank for that I suppose. There's nothing creative or progressive about DX. They squashed an enitre tag team division...
  16. HHHate Hunter? Think he's HHHitler? Post HHHere!

Hey, Jeff Jarrett has been accused of the same things. There's a difference though. Jarrett helped build a company from the ground up. Jarrett stepped aside after BFG 06 for 6 months and came back to put over people. Jarrett lost cleanly to Robert Roode in the second match of a ppv...
  17. Chris Harris in WWE, what will he do?

He's from TNA and that means a death sentence in WWE, if you'll pardon the pun. I hate to see another talent leave TNA but I suppose its for the best. If he's anything more than US or IC title fodder I'd be shocked.
  18. Is it time for an AJ Styles face turn?

AJ can be a good heel if they stop making him such a weener. I did like the skit on Impact before FR. He was funny. Nothing wrong with that. There's everything wrong with carrying luggage, even in kayfabe.
  19. x division

Yeah, the X division has been dormant since BFG. Still, I really don't want Styles or Daniels to take over again. They're both ready to try and sell some ppv's. There isn't much more they can do down there.
  20. TNA needs a midcard heavyweight title.

Even with the women's title there might be room for another. I also think it might de-value the X title. Or reduce the already dwindling main event hopes for X division wrestlers. I saw a few names thrown around and I want to touch on one. It might be time to give Robert Roode that ppv...
