  1. Scott Steiner & the X-Division

^^Yeah but he needs credit for having balls enough to try it. I think the X title should cover more ground. Alex Shelley vs. Scott Steiner could be good. I believe these guys can carry the older, slower vets. We'll see.
  2. X Division Weight Limit

No weight limit please! That's bad for all involved. I want to see the X title become what the old United States title meant to WCW. It was a mid-card title but everyone went for it. Luger, Flair, Sting, Konnan, et. al. It was a very prestigious belt back then.
  3. Stars

Writers and the wrestlers themselves put an idea out in front of cameras. It's the people who ultimately decide the fate of a star. If HHH came out tomorrow to dead silence, he may not last another year. Conversely, the Spirit Squad debuted to nothing and even during the DX feud they were...
  4. TNA's Biggest PPV's of the Year

Would it be prudent to make Final Resolution important? It's in that tricky time of year. The first ppv should set the tone for the coming year.
  5. Is Sharkboy finally done?

Shark Boy is funny but those home segments reeked of Russo. I really thought the storyline might lead to an unmasking and character overhaul. A vicious or even sympathetic heel. Sharky has some moves but I'm not sure how far he could go.
  6. Does the wwe start fueds too fast?

Great thread. It's pretty obvious they rush everything to cash in. Moreover, they don't sustain feuds very well. They need to have a "teaser" match, if you will, seperate them and resume at a more profitable ppv.
  7. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

I have to stay out of this for a while. Kaedon has chosen to remain in his ivory tower of stupidity until further notice.
  8. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

Bullshit! All of your credibility is history. So, Mark Henry is the same type of athlete as Aj Styles because it's scripted? You're off your fucking wagon with this crap. I'm not anti-WWE just very weary and jaded by it. You, on the other hand, are some kind faux-WWE royalty. Get over...
  9. HHH maybe back in rumble?

Umaga isn't completely devoid of talent. I will concede that. It's the piece of shit gimmick. He looks silly and that's why I end up grouping him with Mark Henry. Unless they have Sting coming to Mania for Flair, I just don't see this being successful. I should've left the HHH comment...
  10. Seminal Moments in TNA

^^Those were the only 2 bad matches on an otherwise strong ppv. The main event was great. Lethal Lockdown gets better every year. I think TNA managed to leave with more than half of their dignity.
  11. White Boots and Other Observations

I knew this would happen. These are my observations and was wondering if anyone might have thought about this. You just answered with a resounding no.
  12. HHH maybe back in rumble?

Thinking Umaga is talented is mistake number 1. Number 2 is actually liking the way the Flair angle is progressing. It's really sad to watch and when he goes with a fizzle at mania no one will remember it. I do admire his guts for trying very hard though. EDIT: As for HHH in the rumble...
  13. Seminal Moments in TNA

I'd like to mention Lockdown being a noticably larger arena last year. The attendance was near 6,000. That's a huge step in the right direction. Of course there was an electrified cage and blindfolds but the rest made up for it.
  14. White Boots and Other Observations

Is it possible to not look at a wrestler seriously with white boots? Stay with me, I'm not trying to be too silly. Robert Roode has a great gimmick now like Ted DiBiase. I can't help but notice his big white boots. They don't look right. He should have some darker color with an ominous...
  15. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

We both made our points. There's no right or wrong. I prefer smaller venues and that's why I disagreed. Now, your posts reek of arrogance and elitism. It's my observation. I felt it necessary to add the little comment on the bottom because you referred to me as a mongoloid in so many...
  16. Edge vs. CM Punk?

That's absurd! Punk has all the tools he needs to have a successful match at Wrestlemania. It would be a very refreshing main event and I would buy it for that match alone. 2 great athletes and performers. There's no reason this shouldn't happen.
  17. WWE vs TNA: Which is better?

900 people will tell you with a high decibel count that you can't wrestle or this is stupid or you suck dick. 20,000 might boo but most fall asleep. Sometimes a larger crowd takes the energy out of a match in a hurry. When 900 people chant this is awesome in unison, that's impressive. When...
  18. Total Nonsense Accusations?

I've seen on other boards and even dvd reviews on amazon.com about some high profile people in TNA. Notably Kurt Angle and Sting. Are the very wrestlers brought in the legitimize TNA also destroying it? I can't tell right now. I suppose a part of me is in denial if it is happening. It's...
  19. Is It Time to Dial-A-Main-Eventer?

Yeah, the state of WWE tag team is not only a joke but a downright embarassment. Styles/Daniels vs. LAX Ultimate X was voted match of the year. Tag team wrestling isn't dead, just dead in WWE. Does anyone think TNA would stand a chance actually trying to pursue someone currently in the top...
  20. Seminal Moments in TNA

Not true for me anyway. Christian winning the title was very big in February 2006 because of what happened to him a few months prior. He was in a big match with Cena and Jericho and then JBL and Batista and finds himself back in the low card for inexplicable reasons. The sight of the fans...
