Does anyone else have an overheating issue with their console while playing 2K26? It doesn't do it on any other game, and all three times it threw a "overheating warning" was during entrances

I have never had that before. I'd have the game crash sometimes (most often in The Island) but never had an issue with overheating on my XBox Series X. What console do you use?

All I can offer to this conversation is that NBA 2K26 definitely be having my PS5 running harder than most other games I play, if not all of them. Never had an overheating warning or anything but I've definitely been a little concerned at the amount of power it seems to be putting out

I never had an overheating warning either but I know with my PS5 when I had it in a cubby in my console it did not have proper air circulation bc it was audibly struggling lol so I just have to keep it on the floor with plenty of space around it like a land mine nothing can get close to

I got the PS5 and I recently got it cleaned up. So now I'm gonna have to wait and see if it'll do the same thing on any other game
