You'll never guess what Mike Adamle is doing today - he's competing in the Ford Ironman World Championship Triathlon off Hawaii's Kona Coast. Adamle, along with 1,800 other people, will begin with a 2.4 mile swim, bike 112 miles and finish it up with a 26.2 mile run.

It's just that's ALOT of biking man.... the most I can do is like 15-20 miles, that takes like a LONG time.... but 112? That's pushing death, or exhaustion bro
