yeah that will be his biggest road block.

Fuck, Rusev has lived in the states since 2005 or something and WWE still thought he had to spend more time in development to learn English.

Why not? People learn English and speak it all the time.

He looked like really impressive in the video, I'm looking forward to seeing him more.
What wrestlers who didn't speak English as their first language became any good at promos?

Going to be interesting to see who from this current roster of NXT & WWE will be around in 2 yrs.. seems like they have nice prospects but still have a decent bit of talent on the main show to be a little overflowed IMO.
