Yeah they can own that, but should he get released or whatever he could easily just go Rechsteiner which sounds exactly the same as the WWE trademark, so it kinda makes their trademark a dud in that sense.

Also forgot to add, not sure how true it is since I saw differing opinions on Reddit but they were saying one or both of the Steiners own that name so they wouldn't be able to trademark that either?

Ugh. Not good news.

1. It's really NXT 3.0, not 2.0. WWE got that wrong.
2. Bron Breakker is still such a horrid name. Even if they didn't want to use "Steiner" they can do better.
3. They set themselves up to get trolled in that tweet with the "WHAT DID WE JUST WITNESS??" line... Like "Rick Steiners son with a bad name looking athletically promising". lol
