This. They were so building to it. Shame it never happened. Austin said he would have done it if WWE gave him 8 months notice. They had it during that 434 days.

One of the 3 BTB ideas I always have floatign in my head is 2013 and Punk/Austin is in the cards.

It's actually kind of sad. We got Rock/Punk but no one was really asking for that. It was a good match, don't get me wrong, but I think everyone knew Rock was winning and that really tainted it for most.

That takes Punk actually 1. Coming back and 2. Doing a Saudi show. I don't see both happening.

The match was exciting when we had no idea who was winning, but when we got closer the excitement faded. It should have been non-title or Punk goes over.
