Will the WWE ever change the WWE Title?

Its been talked about for almost 2 years now but they have yet to change it. Will they get rid of that ridiculous spinner belt anytime soon?
If yes, when will they do it and how will they do it? (Your opinion/prediction)

They SHOULD have changed it when Punk left with the title and came back, he could have debuted a new design then.. but nope..

Didn't they say recently they had a new belt designed but they were just waiting for the right time to debut it?

As mentioned, it would have been the perfect time to introduce a new belt when Punk won it and disappeared with it for a week. He said he would do so if he won it, but he didn't follow up on his promise. At this point, I'd say either when The Rock wins it, or when Cena beats The Rock for it at Wrestlemania. Hopefully the former.
