So you don't belive wow big stock I right on this if someone got there permint to drive a car but a month someone pass law saying you half to now go to school form drive before get taking a test to get your permint that guy that just permint month before the new law came in has to give his permint up? So, you don't believe that my views on this particular subject are correct? Well here's an example: If an individual got their driving licence permanently but then one month later were informed that they had to go back to driving school. Then said individual is told that he has to hand his driving licence back, is that fair? Most certainly not. The reason being that he got the licence before the new law came into play - called the "Grandfather Law". See this shows that my claims are substantial.

I understand the concept of a grandfather law, not gramfather. Also as I've said before you're not obligated to keep any award as they can be removed at an Admin's discretion. Due to differing aspects one being a change in the description of how to acquire one.
