I love water. I stopped drinking Mountain Dew in middle school and then officially stopped all soda pop a couple years ago. It is so bad for the body I only drink it if I have to like in a mix drink or something. Water definitely hits the spot. Ice cold water after a meal is awesome to me. At work I fill up a pitcher of water and just drink it and refill it all day. Maybe a half gallon or more of water a day? I try and make sure I drink a good amount.
