So for Years I've heard great things about the Wire more times I can count and finally I've taken the dive in the deep end with the Wire. A great first Episode where you've already got me into the Show when you're dealing with Cops, Crime, and the Hood. The first 8 Years of my life I lived in Riverside in the Projects in Wilmington, Delaware and you learn more about people good and bad than I ever thought I would. I like that they set the Show in Baltimore where even now especially in the 90s and the Early 2000s was no joke of a bad place to live in certain areas. The battle between the Cops and Gangsters on the Streets have been I hope the Cops are ready because surely I know this brand of guys running the Streets are way more intelligent than your norm and that is great to see.

After Months of watching I finally finished this great Show named the Wire. I will say the past few Seasons was really spinning their Wheels once Stringer was killed, and Avon was put in Prison for a good while. Marlow is the least intimidating Drug Lord I thought but he was smart enough to have his Muscle do all the work and he just lay back. Which is why his people are doing hella time in the last Season and he's walking even with the shit McNutty and Lester pulled. I will say two Characters I felt got shafted hard was Omar and the Dukie. Dukie was one of the young kids they brought into the Show in the later Seasons that I thought could of had a great life like they gave Namond but nah he's homeless again after his Mom left him behind and doing drugs. Why even show he's doing well in School and looking to be highly inteligent but change his pathway just after Michael had to go into hiding after getting away from Marlow.

The ending with Michael made me think welp we just created a younger Omar in that moment. As for Omar the guy gets shot by Kenard I get the purpose of it to show how the Game is but this little mofo. Still I loved the Show hated the using the Baltimore Sun stuff in Season 5 but I got the reason for it highly recommend people to watch this Show.
