Yeah this job is weird, the first half of the month I basically just have tasks with deadlines that are flexible only if you're having a legit emergency or something and even then someone else still has to pick up the slack.

Then the second half of the month is supposed to be process improvement to make the first half easier next time, but we have unlimited PTO so no one works then lol
