Speaking of Tony, you know what would be a fuckin awesome gig? Being a creative team member but doing it remotely at home.

Just like, "Yeah so a goes over b, c comes out, cuts a promo, says some shit, we set up a 30 minute Ironman match next week between the two!"

Despite rumors to the contrary Ben Shapiro vows to not let what happened to Charlie Kirk to deter him from continuing to host open forums similar to Charlie’s on college campuses in the future.

Sure but again, Kirk and Shapiro debate college students. When they actually debate other politicians and people who have training in debates, they get absolutely trounced.

I think you’re misunderstanding the point of these, they aren’t for debates. It’s for open dialogues and anybody can show up to these and speak.

But I do think Charlie’s was more gracious in his back-and-forth where as Ben is more of a bulldog.

If I had any booking power you would know by Toni Storm and Athena both having dominat reigns with titles.

Ben's entire method is the gish-gallop, literally what it's called.

The Gish gallop is a rhetorical technique in which a person in a debate attempts to overwhelm an opponent by presenting an excessive number of arguments, without regard for their accuracy or strength, with a rapidity that makes it impossible for the opponent to address them in the time available. Gish galloping prioritizes the quantity of the galloper's arguments at the expense of their quality

I mean, you can critique his style that doesn’t change that’s it’s still a largely net positive to have these open forums.

And I’m already granting you that Ben’s are less gracious than Kirk’s were.

That’s why I described his as bulldog.

The main reason I posted that though is despite anyone’s thoughts on Ben specifically not letting terrorists deter you from speaking or gathering is a net win. He could have easily cancelled his events.

For the record, I wish more liberals would do this. If they were liberals, that would host their own open forums, that would be an even better win of opening up the dialogue across the aisle.
