China effectively bankrolled this whole thing, as they ridiculously attempt to play neutral observer. I do think the moral outrage over this in America is layered in such a hypocrisy, especially in the media. Installing a puppet government after basically annexation and draining the resources dry is the Afghanistan playbook. It's nothing new in our lifetimes, just means more because the victims are closer and paler.

The fact the Chechens are once again at war, I know they are siding with the Ukraine which makes sense, with Russia is something I thought I would read/see again, since I lived through both wars per say. It is also awesome to see Russian protesting and finally showing they are tired of Putin regime and want to move forward. All I have to really say is "Слава Господу и передайте боеприпасы! Пусть люди будут защищены и благословлены."
