Oh yeah it's fair to say that they got the guy, but they hinder the QBs development by making him learn a new system in Year 2.

Pretty sure they’ll cater the system to his strengths and let’s be honest his system this year without Nabors and Skatt isn’t gonna be the same regardless.

The point being he learned one offense system. Now he's gotta learn a whole new offense in Year 2. with a new HC/OC. Typically that shit takes time to learn. Hence why you're behind the 8 ball. But yes the Giants do have the right players in those positions.

And what I’m saying is they’ll probably hire someone that will cater an offense to what he’s already been doing since it’s seems to be working for him and build off that.

7-2 and another tight win for my Eagles tonight adding more Grey Hairs to my Scalp after this one. All the respect to the Packers Defense tonight holding us to 10 Points. Man I was so psyched seeing my Defense make Love it felt like every play second guessing his decision making. Phillips first game as a Eagle has multiple plays that helped us secure the win man if I can get that every Week we will tough to beat for sure. I love Jalen man I can't explain how most QBs fall into a mindset of if something is not going right they lose themselves. Jalen does the opposite and he continues to show it with the lights on bright.
