I dont remember Warrior mixing it up with the Demolition  but oh well. The exceptions, as you say, are there none the less. They had to get teams together for the SS so they threw guys together. Today, I think, they try to make the matches more star packed as opposed to throwing guys in feuds in a SS tag match because really, who gives a flying fuck if Drewpy McDonald and R-Truth are on opposite sides of a team.

Well, I'd argue that the teams are a lot more thrown together now, but otherwise, yeah... Collectively the rosters were way more over than they are these days so 4 or 5 SS tag matches, some of which would be made purely of mid and undercarders could once have been considered. Not so now - Prob the main reason that they eventually ended up with just one 5on5 these days.

Warrior/LOD v Axe Smash & Crush was the fued rockin' the house shows post-Summerslam90 after LOD screwed Demo' in the final fall of Harts v Demo. (Incidentally, wasn't that a fave match of yours?)

...They didn't really do much with Warrior as champ - A few matches with Rude (more training. lol), SNME v Dibiase (MORE training. lol) a few house show DQs wins over Savage post SS (Remember "no more title shots" and Sheri comes out trying to sleaze Warrrior) and then dropped the belt to Slaughter.
