I fall asleep easier listening to videos in the background, often this. The sounds and calls really calm me. Also videos like this. I just play them on my phone, turn over and sleep.

Definitely. But it's not the soundtrack I fall asleep to, it's the codec call, and just general gameplay. MGS2 is my favourite soundtrack btw.
