I think I'm just gonna re read D2 from the start once I get up and have coffee in a bit but can everyone explain why you're voting Jean over Poyser for the VP so hard? I don't really remember anyone attaching reads to those votes and they're powerful players you're deciding a role for, should be some thought there in who's more townie if you're cutting someone out. We don't know really enough details so my logic would just be to vote for the two of us three you find most towny unless I'm missing something here

I was definitely seeing more reasons to give Poyser town points after the execution so that really catches my eye on the vote count

For the actual lynch, I do still think it's Sky. Nothing really new from today except her saying the solve is Wang/Brett bc everyone else has been hard town telling...I didn't like that at all lol

Lethal is another option I wouldn't hate, his role is fucked and play hasn't been there for me. The role actually gives me a bit more pause just bc he openly admitted he could have turned after N1, but I can't just go off that. I am more confident in Sky currently

Rest of my reads are about the same, I still don't really see anything with Booty but I'm not feeling Jean is targeting him with his questions or accusations from bad faith atm either

Also fwiw I find people jumping on Sky's attitude very sketchy especially if she does flip scum. The emotions can be either/or for her but reactions too them pinged me more.

Booty/Brett/Lethal were the ones I saw go at her quickly, in fairness to Booty, his was about her going for Troop bc of the execution thing so I didn't hate that. Lethal said he didn't buy the reaction at all (why not?) and Brett had a longer post saying why her being defeated made him think scum. Idk feels bussy to me but I don't wanna get too far ahead lol even if Sky is town tho, feels opportunistic and that would bring Booty back in just for jumping on the theory but I'd rather just evaluate that once we know

And I harken to a point someone made in the thread, just because someone's reasoning is wrong or perceived to be incorrect, does not automatically qualify them as scum. While Troop's whole like if Barry's town he's out of here and it's good for us is completely bunk, I just refuse to believe he would say such a thing as scum.

When I am scum hunting, I'm looking for change of behavior, change of opinions, weird differences. Forget the obvious materialistic shit directly in front of you, watch the changes. That is why I am so confident in sky, there was a completely defeatist attitude towards the game upon entry of D2 and with a blocked kill, that just reads so scummy to me.

So you dont see a scum Troop making that comment.

Yes he does singularly focus on one person and stays there til he sees a result but could he do that as scum to seem like his gameplay hasnt changed one bit.
