Little does Roo know, the witness protective league is run by... JAKE'S FATHER! And he has set him up! He will be killed this time tomorrow by a gang of ninja squirrels and there is nothing you can do about it!

Jake's father doesnt know that Roo has ties to the CIA and knew this attack would happen so he sent a decoy in his place. The ninjas squirrels will have murdered an innocent bystander and will be sentenced to death via lethal injection. Meanwhile Roo's location is still undisclosed while Jake and his pack of ninja squirrels are out of the picture.

The trick has worked! Jake's father knew the whole time and sent the ninja squirrels to kill Roo's decoy as a decoy so that he can alert the wolves who run the CIA to carefully watch Roo's every move and they plan out their next attack!
