When it first surfaced I was left with the distinct impression it's something he'd knocked up himself; A D.I.Y. job. Chicks in lingerie, using Beastie Boys tracks, talk of cutting Batista's head of with a chainsaw... SO not from the pens of the current WWE regime. Plus anyone can rip a bit of the SD opening credits and a few pics of Rey, Punk, Matt & co.

Aren't tag teams these days basicially 2 mid card/upper mid card superstars put together, in order to look better?

I don't like the idea of an actual tag team division back tbh, look at The Hart Dynasty and Cryme Tyme, Sure The Hart Dynasty owns.. but it gets really old imo.

It's hard to tell given your belief that this was destined for WWE TV and indeed produced by them.

I've not heard/read anything of the sort before... Where you getting this info from?

@ JBonez: Domino (or whatever his real name is) produced it. Why would TNA use excerpts from the SD titles and have him talking about WWE guys?


@ Dylansfsd: The only reason the Harts have gotten "old" (not that I beleive they have) is that they have no competition. How many 6-man tag matches between them & Cryme Tyme with a variety of singles guys can they honestly have?

Not particularly, no.


They should have tri-branded the all TEAMS as well as the titles.. Even if it didn't last, we could have had a kick-ass year of tag team shit this year.

...Uhh the Primo/Carlito goes to better as a tag team and Batista/Rey or Jerishow. Tag teams are about actaully being a team, not just two guys that are put together who will quickly split to further their singles careers.

I bolded 'quickly' because we've gotten some great singles guys that were originally in a tag team before making it big in a singles career (Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels for example) but these guys got their names out first as apart of a tag team.

^^I thought it could have sold IMO There are worse giimicks out there and It could have catapulted Domino into a top heel on SD
