Sid had the perfect look, but could barely wrestle. Loved his theme, his look, his mannerisms. Just when it came to in ring work it was a bit of an issue haha.

I often wonder how far Sid could have gone with both his WCW and WWF runs.
His time in WCW was never the same after the Arn Anderson hotel incident.
His WWF title run was well received at the time but the deadman put an end to his momentum at Mania 13
I felt he had one more title run left in him after Mania 13 but he left the company shortly after

Sid was his own worst enemy a lot of time. He admitted to that in some of his shoots. I think l he was supposed to win the WCW title just before his incident with Arn, and that set him back for a bit. His first WWE run, he was supposed to have a bigger run, and be the guy who replaced Hogan. However, that didn't happen. A mixture of having to deal with The Ultimate Warrior's bullshit, and WCW offering a better deal for him made decide to go to WCW.

I don't care what anyone says, I know Sid can't wrestle his way out of a softball field, but Jesus was he fucking awesome in how he carried himself and his insane promo work.

Always had a softspot for Sid. Had the look and decent move set. His promos were okay too in a crazy off the wall sort of way. If his head was in the game more he would have been a massive star I think. I always enjoyed his entrances and squash matches. I love when the ring announcer in announced him as "Being from anywhere he damn well pleases"

I need a modern wrestler to employ his manner of speaking, switching between a restrained whisper and straight up shouting with seemingly no provocation.

listening to Sid shoots he seemed to be very paranoid, he definitely didn't take shit from anyone.
