Reag is asleep/working/whatever so he couldn't enforce the randomizer rule. If he wanted the rule to be applied at all costs he would have asked Solidus or somebody to step in when the 8 hour time limit is up and Reag isn't active

I wanted either Nikki or Dolph Ziggler because my 4 picks were males babyfaces so I wanted someting different. Something tells me Nikki will receive a bigger push than Dolph. Both are champions but I think Dolph will lose the title sooner and leave to do his comedy show.
