And I'm happy about it, I don't see it as a demotion at all and I don't understand why some people do. Think about it, with Angle as World Champion he obviously can't get into the title picture right now, so why not let him dominate the X-Division again? Not to mention, at No Surrender we're getting Joe vs Daniels for the X Title, I can't wait to see those guys tear the house down once again! This gives me good memories of 05, when the X-Division was at it's hottest point. With guys like Joe, Daniels, and Homicide now back in the X-Division, all the ingredients might be in place for another boom period for the most exciting division in pro wrestling.

What do you guys think?

His match against Daniels will be the best thing at No Surrender... Those are my thoughts.

I don't know if Joe can pull off good matches since he switched to the Nation of Violence. It just seems as if no one really cares for Samoa Joe anymore. I am sure Daniels vs. Joe will be good, but the Nation gimmick is just not cutting it.

BTW, now that Joe is back in the X-Division I doubt he will ever get the World title. AJ won the belt in 2005 then was booted back to mid card he still hasn't gotten the World title again...yet anyways.

Couldn't have put it better myself. Joe is overweight (even more than he used to be) and has an intolerable gimmick which has killed any heat for him both as a face and heel. They've ruined Samoa Joe.

It's a horrible idea and here's why Chess.

They've already done this before. Samoa Joe has already destroyed the X Division and got a world title reign out of it. Putting him back INTO a division he was already seen as unbeatable in is pointless, and only further buries the X Division stars showing that they will never ever get over. Because Samoa Joe is going to be an indominable buffer making DAMN sure no young guys get anywhere near Angle or the rest of the upper midcarders.

Nobody is questioning Joe will put great matches with Daniels or any other midcarder. The thing, he was a main eventer already, so even if he goes back to the midcard to put on awesome matches, the matter of fact is he is still leaving the main event.

I've got to be honest here and say I would rather have Joe in the X-Division putting on good matches rather then having him up in the Main Event doing the same bullshit he did when he was Champ, I haven't liked Joe in a while but when I did it was back when he was putting on those good X-Division matches, I'm actually excited to see some of the matchups he may be given. He just faced Homicide, now he's got Daniels, Joe Vs Red or the Guns could be good, as well as Joe Vs "The Pope" aka Elijah Burke. Maybe throwing Joe back into the X-Division again is TNAs way of building Joe back up to the Main Event and making him look strong again cause as of late he's looked quite bad.

It would be good if they done what I said above but then again they could also do the total opposite by having Joe win every match by DQ in under 5mins but lets just hope thats not what happens. Their could be alot of good or alot of bad from this, hopefully him Vs Daniels gets a shitoad of time, a Daniels win would be awesome too, could setup to further the feud while trying to push Daniels.

I don't like it, only because the MEM are controlling too many titles already. I can't stand how the rest of the roster is made to look like blueberries while MEM are geniuses.

Joe needs to lose weight and change gimmick. No one cares, myself included.

Him being in the X-Division doesn't even concern me because heck I barely noticed it, atm Joe just is not interesting.
