I had no idea this was even in production. But Russell Crowe? Thought they'd go younger and Cate Blanchett is just a name now in Hollywood, I can't name a movie where I've seen her in and remember it.

Cate Blanchett's been in a shitload of movies, but none of them are ever blockbuster movies:

The Curious Case of Benjamin Pitt
The Aviator
few more I can't think of.

This should be interesting. Kevin Costner's version is truly memorable and I've always loved that telling of the tale. However, Russell Crowe is an awesome actor and I think will do well.
