Rey's height.

Nothing major here guys but I always wondered wat was Rey Mysterios real hight. I know they build him as 5'6 but some dvas are 5'6-5'5 and they look taller than him, they can clearly touch the top top while rey settles for the second. I saw on some other sites and some people who met him were 5'7 and they sid they at meat had 4-3 inches on him and in WCW buld him as 5'3.
Any thought here?

Yeah, they bill him a bit taller than he is. I'm about 5'8 and when I met him I was definately more than an inch taller than him. Also, I've been inside a wrestling ring many times and I can definitely hit the top rope quite comfortably...so yeah...he's probably around 5'4 TBH.

New question, with the bringing in of guy's like Evan Bourne and such how much longer is Rey's height going to be that importance of a thing.

With Smackdown now resting almost entirely upon CM Punk's shoulders as of late I think WWE is going to have finally realize that mass doesn't always make the wrestler. Vince is always gonna love the big guy, and yeah some of them are impressive and whatever...but with the wellness policy in full effect it's definitely going to prevent a lot of guys from getting that big. I know the question was more to do with height...but muscle mass does play a big role in a wrestlers image.

I get a laugh when he goes for the 619, and he runs agaisnt the ropes, he bounces off on the middle rope and not the top rope.

Rey's height is about the same as TDK's >_>

But anyway, WWE always bill the superstars an inch or two more than their actual height.
Remember Lashely and Lesnar? They both were at WWE as 6'4 while in the MMA they actually are 6'3 for both of them.

They've billed both Kane and the Undertaker as being 7 ft tall for years. I am glad to see smaller wrestlers getting some recogniton, because the last thing we need is the Mike Knox's, Lashley's and Ezekiel Jackson's of the world getting a push because of their size.
