Satriani has plenty of cash first off. Secondly he's widely considered to be one of the very best guitarists of all time.

Those are the best I think ever... and Satriani in Coldplay would be INTERESTING and would get me interested in listening to them for sure

Satriani's song sounds just like Coldplay's, it's fine if they're similar, but having them that close is like ripping.
