Well that's down to creative being horrible at writing for Divas and/or people being dicks.

NXT are actually making the divas a good division.

I think a good women's division can be really helpful. For the first couple years after TNA started the Knockouts title, their women's division was the best thing they had. It's nice that NXT actually takes it seriously too.
