yeah I'm not watching so the discretion could maybe have been different there but I always thought that was a fun wrinkle in wrestling rules, most of the time it's like the face reversing and hitting a move on the object that the heel placed so the ref can just say fuck it that's your fault

Ref was deadass watching it. Probably had time to get it out of the way and Ethan kinda looked like he intentionally aimed for it.
