Bernal and Hudson each seek critical win on NXT Level Up
A thrilling edition of NXT Level Up will feature Javier Bernal and Duke Hudson locking horns in a slugfest, Hank Walker making his WWE debut against Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo, and Amari Miller clashing with Sloane Jacobs.
Though Hudson was recently given an NXT Championship Match against Bron Breakker after claiming a prior disqualification win against the titleholder, he nevertheless came up short against the dominant bruiser.
Now, Hudson is undoubtedly looking to take out his anger on Bernal, who defeated Bryson Montana in his last singles match on NXT Level Up. Which Superstar will pick up a critical victory when they battle each other for the first time?
Plus, “Stacks” will look to stay in the good graces of his leader Tony D’Angelo when he competes in his first-ever singles bout. He’ll be opposed by Walker, a burly, powerful newcomer who will be making his WWE debut and seems likely to try to turn the bout into a brawl.
Finally, the resilient Miller returns from an injury that sidelined her for a short time, and she’ll look to burst back onto the scene when she engages Jacobs. Jacobs turned some heads while competing in NXT’s Breakout Tournament and has won two of her last three bout on Level Up, defeating Sierra St. Pierre as well as Thea Hail.
