You know when I first started watching Joshi a friend of mines named Dylan who some people know here as Zero showed me a Match involving Meiko Satomura. I was hooked then and I've been a fan of hers ever since. She is the measuring stick when it comes Wrestling especially Women and I'm happy to see her coming to NXT UK. She'll add plenty of fire and energy to the Division which alot of people are not talking about right now vs the NXT Women's Division. Before you know it I hope to see her challenge Io because they had a Match of a Year Winner in 2015 between each other and why not run it back. Meiko was dominating in Stardom going against talents like Mayu and Kairi and Io stopped that Train starting her own Train in Stardom as Red Belt Champion. Trainer wise is icing on the Cake I know KLR, Candyfloss, Piper, and Jinny are jumping at the chance to be trained by her. She was already a Trainer and talent for Sendai Girls so this is right up her alley. A great signing I must say.

Seems like a retirement tour for her since she's turning 42 this year. Will say though that most Joshi women tend to last longer than the average American performer, so perhaps she's still got some fire in her ass.

I would say so yup Aja Kong is 50 and is still going hard. I can easily see Meiko going to that age, but she can retire today and she's a first Ballot HOF in my eyes.

Meuko Satomura (Niigata, Japan) – Lauded as being “the best in the world,” Meiko Satomura was part of the 2018 Mae Young Classic where she faced Toni Storm in the semi-finals. Having co-founded SENDAI Girls’ Pro Wrestling, she went on to huge success on the independent scene which saw her become PROGRESS Women’s Champion.

Tony Gill (West Sussex, England) – Anglo-Indian Tony Gill moved to Australia as a child before heading to Canada where he trained under Lance Storm. Following in the footsteps of the biggest Punjabi names in WWE history, including The Great Khali and Jinder Mahal, Tony Gill is ready to make an impact in NXT UK bringing a combination of styles inspired by the likes of Shawn Michaels and Kurt Angle.

Metehan Kocabasoglu (Berlin, Germany) – Representing his Turkish heritage and currently residing in Berlin, Germany, the 6-foot powerhouse almost became a professional footballer before moving into the world of sports-entertainment. Metehan is a former wXw Champion who has competed against the likes of Timothy Thatcher, Ilja Dragunov and NXT UK Champion WALTER.

Bailey Matthews (Blackpool, England) – Ready to roar onto the scene and represent his hometown of Blackpool, England, Bailey Matthews is set to bring a unique style to NXT UK inspired by the likes of Johnny Saint, Billy Robinson and NXT General Manager William Regal.

Matthews is William Regal's son, not mentioned by them curiously though. Gill was a Desi Hit Squad member in Impact as well.

Pretty hype to see Regal's Son in Action and meh Gill wasn't anyone to watch when he was with the Desi Hit Squad. Shera I thought had the biggest potential of the whole group being the Powerhouse, but look at Raju doing his thing on his own.
