I usually hate Cage as an actor with a passion but he was good in this. The movie is creepy as hell, the director plays with your expectations, always focusing on the background from where you expect someone to spring out. I was only slightly let down by the ending, it felt a bit rushed.

I’ve been seeing good things about this so far, I’m pretty hyped for it I’m going to go see it next week on Tuesday my next day off.

I usually hate Cage as an actor with a passion but he was good in this. The movie is creepy as hell, the director plays with your expectations, always focusing on the background from where you expect someone to spring out. I was only slightly let down by the ending, it felt a bit rushed.

I kinda have these same thoughts but I was VERY let down by the ending lol not so much the big reveal but just the entire last scene in general. A lot of things from the first act I felt weren't ever fully explained either but that could have been me missing stuff.

But I had a great time until like the last 10 minutes so overall it wasn't a bad time, the editing and camera shots especially were so cool at times, and they avoided a lot of more annoying tropes

I meant to comment on this last week when I saw this but I really liked this a lot. It was creepy, tense, and unsettling. I didn’t know what to expect and I still don’t totally understand it, but it was good stuff for sure. The cast of Maika Monroe, Nicolas Cage, Blair Underwood, and Alicia Witt are great.

I hope Maika Monroe does more horror after this, It Follows, and few others because she really shines.
