So earlier this week he said this:

Eric Bischoff responded to a Facebook fan question asking why he continues to promote his book "Controversy Creates Cash" even though it's a WWE product. "I got a $50,000.00 royalty check last quarter for that book," Bischoff wrote. "As long as they keep selling, I will keep promoting."

Now they've done this:

WWE has dropped the price of Eric Bischoff's book "Controversy Creates Cash" to just $1.98 on the company's Shopzone website.

He really should have kept his mouth shut.

It'll still sell at the price, probably a shit tons of copys people wouldn't have bought anyways, so once again he wins. "Controversy Creates Cash".

Now it is creating considerably less cash. I'm assuming he just gets a percentage of each sale so I am guessing that price is just a little over what it costs to print the book.

They kind of stuck it to themselves and Bischoff. That price is not going to cover printing copies of the book. But it's certainly less revenue for Bischoff so I guess that makes them happy.

It doesn't cost that much to print a trade paperback. I worked at a bookstore during high school and pretty much all of the paperbacks that we didn't sell and were removing from inventory, we destroyed.

Maybe so. They could always get little Chinese children to print them for a few bags of rice.

Am I the only one who actually liked Bischoff as a GM/on screen character?

Politics aside, history aside, say what you want about his WCW decisions and foolery, but I really thought he had a GREAT, believable, talent for acting on screen.

Who can forget the Billy and Chuck Wedding Minister character that he did, and deliberately didn't tell Stephanie or anybody involved? They legitametely didn't know it was him. I thought he was good when he was doing heel color commentary as well.
