I actually remember some distinctly vocal people whining about how "she wasn't ready" that felt like veiled racism

Are we talking about Raquel here? I'm pretty I went on the record that I thought Dakota could be just as a big of a star if not bigger than Raquel because of what she gives vs Raquel in a Match. Granted she's done really well the past few Months and I'm happy for her. Io was so dominate and now she holds it so..it's going to be interesting how they take it away from her. Dakota, Taya, or Saree next champ who gets there first and go.

Man, I hope they use Roddy properly. I don't mean hotshotting him to the world title, but he could REALLY elevate to the midcard scene. Imagine the matches he could put on doing an open challenge as the eventual US Champion or something?

Roddy vs Sheamus or Apollo would slap.

Even Bianca I thought her getting out of NXT saved her. She wasn't really doing anything special at the time and I'm always saying momentum is key and WWE wasn't giving her anything to keep it. You saw her going for the NXT Women's Title at one point to facing let's say jobbers for weeks.

True, Strong could help freshen up the mid carders field a bit. I mean he has unfinished business with Keith Lee, Aleister Black, Dominik Dijakovak aka T-Bar, and last Drew if they wanted just a grudge match.

I guess I'll need to get involved in a NXT LD or a LD in general for the first time in Months with Sarray debuting next week. I wonder if she'll keep the Uranage as her finisher which is deadly. It's almost like a T-Bone Suplex.

He's perfect for it.

I think eventually he is someone who could transition to challenging for a world championship without any side eyes. Assuming they build up him well, and don't let him waste away. He's got a good enough look.
