Then he definitely needs to be more loud, maybe try to speak a little faster without fumbling over his words if possible. My tip for him is to look at some early The Miz. He would be a great guy for him to study the promo style of for that kind of character.

Whats your character? Maybe I can help you out also. I guess you are working a face since King challenged you and a bunch of other guys. But what kind of face?

Okay..... Look some at Early Alex Riley (Like NXT Riley and just when he got up on RAW) He worked the cocky Jock gimmick very well and had great promos for that style. Someone you need to check out for mic mastery is Dean Ambrose. He is waiting to be called up to the main WWE roster at the moment but Triple H wants him to come up with a good story since he sees him as gold, both in the ring and on the microphone. He works a different type of gimmick but just look at his pacing and how he lives himself into the character. That is also a tip, try to become FTJ when you speak as him. Cut off Randy and become the character, your promos will become more natural then.

Gimmicks cannot really be infringed. Neither are names unless they are copyrighted. Like how the WWE has the rights to the name The Miz, Dean Ambrose, Wade Barrett. Randy Savage is copyrighted by the WWE and Macho Man's family so the only one close to infringing would be you if you tried making money off of the name. But no gimmicks cannot be infringed. There are only so many gimmicks out there, they get repeated from time to time. Like how Ryback is a revamping of the goldberg gimmick mixed with a robot gimmick.

And even if you say you had the gimmick before Riley he made it on TV first.

You'd need to have it registered with a patents office and renew the trademark (aka pay for it) for it to be legally yours (aka you need papers that say you own it). Using it on Youtube doesn't give you any legal rights. WWE have all their wrestlers trademarked except the guys who have bought their own trademarks or guys who wrestle under their real names. (Punk, DDP, Bret Hart)
