Tis the reason why I'm not to fond of the Career vs Streak match. Do I honestly think that they'd waste Taker's streak ending on HBK, no. Do I honestly think that HBK will retire after Mania, no. They're putting all this hype around it when in actuality, it doesn't matter. Taker beats HBK but he still comes back. I haven't cared about a "loser gets fired" match since I became a smark.

I agree with what you are saying but I still feel that HBK is just done with this (though both wrestlers feel fairly 'done' since they are both older and don't really do as much as they used to). Like I said before (and maybe it is just me), I don't get the vibe that HBK is really into his career anymore and that he honestly does want to hang up his boots and spend time with his family. I don't know why, it's just a feeling I get, like he knows he's been doing this long enough and he doesn't want anymore titles so he might as well just go.

At the same time, imo, both of them should go but it would be a big loss to the company if they lose two of the biggest names in a short amount of time.

Equally so, I haven't noted any 'seeds' being sewn for anything else.

Could be an uber-twist like SCSA alligning with Vince @ WM17.

To me there's clearly something 'out of the blue' about to go down and this is the most likely option.

You missed the point, he was saying an event LIKE that. Obviously not Austin actually turning heel... For instance, Triple H goes MEGA heel, runs down and helps Vince own Bret Hart (aligns himself with Vince, father-son McMahons). Then later in the night (possibly ending the show) costs HBK his match and his career (which sets up HBK vs. Triple H one year later). Anyways, that's exactly what I fucking want to happen, and it better, it'd be so god damn epic. Triple H telling the fans that HBK is just a washed up nobody now, who was holding down DX and cost them the titles, etc. etc. Then the next night he comes out to:

I can see the HHHeel turn on HBK but Bret is winning his match. There's not even any reasonable debate on that I don't think.

Also that theme music is awful. I don't ever remember him using that.

I figured Bret would be winning too, I threw that in for the fuck of it, to highlight that comparison to Austin. Plus everyone is saying it'll end with the Sharpshooter on Vince, but they might swerve.
