I'm making a copycat taco bell recipe, he could never humble himself so much

Burritos ended up being amazing. Not the most healthy but not too terrible either. I cooked some rice with salt and butter, then heated some of the taco seasoning with the tomato paste and mixed in the rice for a quick Mexican rice. Then heated a can of refried beans with more taco seasoning. Made 6 burritos with beans, rice, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, nacho cheese sauce, the jalapeno sauce I made yesterday, sour cream, and some tortilla strips. Then I fridged them for like an hour before reheating the first one up in a pan

A couple have the true taco bell feel of the toppings not spread out and just globbed on a corner bc I got lazy but most are properly incorporated

Made a pizza and got some asparagus sauteeing in garlic butter rn

Pizza is extra yellow bc I forgot mozzarella cheese and cut some asiago and Parmesan with Colby jack instead lol

Had a leftover chicken breast from a few weeks ago go that I defrosted and chopped up with some taco seasoning for chicken tacos on corn tortillas with whatever I could find that worked. Ended up just being some shredded lettuce, jalapenos, cheese, and hot sauce but works out great for tonight and one chicken breast can make more small tacos than I thought.

We made cakes and homemade lemonade for my lil girl for kids in war torn countries. We raised £133 which was great. She has a heart of gold and couldn’t be more proud of her. Kids usually want to just play but she always wants to help out others who have less than her and as her dad I couldn’t be more proud.

Made me one proud parent today and puts it into perspective that I’m blessed having such a kind hearted kid.

This is my supper, consist of panacakes, scrambled eggs and bacon. It's so good. It's also the first time that I made pancakes. The first two were big, but the rest turned out smaller and it turned out great.

Orzo, shrimp and asparagus in a creamy lemon sauce. I went off on this one
