Made some basic chicken breast and veggies but went fancy with the roasted grapes and crostini that I'm about to eat with some brie

Lemon ginger basmati rice is still cooking, it's apparently a new years tradition in India so that was my excuse for making it

Can only agree with Wolv on this... looks fantastic and sounds very nice.

Grapes turned out fantastic. I used fresh thyme* and oregano instead of dried and cooked them with olive oil them drizzled balsamic vinegar on them after with some salt and pepper and ate on top of the bread and brie

*Thyme was months old and very brittle but still worked
