I'm making chili tonight. This time, I'm adding rotel to the mix. I'll post how it turns out after it gets done later tonight.

The chili turned out great. Tastes so good. I almost forgot to add the chili powder lol

I'm gonna try to cook fry chicken for the first time tomorrow night. I got all the things I needed. I seriously hope it all turns out alright. I'm doing shells & cheese, maybe green beans or pintos I'm not sure, and I may do crescent rolls to go with it.

I'm having my first raclette of the season tomorrow with some friends, I highly recommend trying it once. It's melted cheese (simply called raclette cheese and it's quite different from the usual stuff you'd have in a burger or a sandwich) poured on baked potatoes, with pickles, pâté, bacon, cooked meats...

At a Latin American/Japanese fusion restaurant rn. Got chile hama, which is that yellowtail in the sauce and the house roll with A5 waygu and snow crab. I'm sitting on a spicy shogun cocktail made with jalapeno tequila. I have some ribeye tacos, beans and brazas potatoes coming for main course

This is one of my favorite tacos I've ever had. The steak is sliced super thin so I just roll it up in the tortilla and eat it as one thing

I've finally made a plate from frying chicken last night, since I didn't each much. I think I did good.

The seasoning of the flour for the skins would've been better IMO. But again, it's my first time frying chicken.

Ive barely fried much at home myself but I've found brining overnight works wonders. You just salt the chicken the night before and leave it uncovered in the fridge and it makes it so much crispier, there's science involved I don't remember. I almost always just do wings tho lol
