TL/DR: Toots Mondt and Strangler Lewis didn't wanna book Jack Pfeffer's guys, and they had a business falling out, so Pfeffer basically was like, "Well fuck you then. I'm gonna ruin your entire business", and went to all the newspapers exposing wrestling in New York. He's also the major source for Marcus Griffin's "Fall Guys" book which also exposed wrestling.
