Like, I got stuck in writing purgatory where I was putting in the same effort for weekly shows and my PPVs.

I've come a long way from posting one show every 2 hrs

My main issue is though. I have so many ideas but I can't get one to stick.

i have had that issue to my advice be to outline least few eps and write a few before you post it on site that way to if you get burned out you can post ep you got backlogged.
