Before I book any shows I'm going to go ahead and re-watch Starrcade and the Nitros after to try to get my head around the state of affairs. I've seen them before but I don't really have a great memory.

Start of the Magnificant Seven angle. Flair came back as the CEO after Russo got his concussion irl and in the story, Sid got a title match for Starrcade after wrestling Steiner on Thunder. Flair wants the belt of Steiner over their years of bad blood. He promised a surprise for Sin which ends up being Road Warrior Animal. Jarrett is also mad at Flair for not making the number contender and is thrown into the Sin three-way. Def watch those shows tho. I love 2001 WCW.

Well, I went ahead and cut Thunder to 1 hour

But the question is... should I just cut it entirely? It's a B show so it doesn't actually help increase my popularity or anything like that.

Seems like the logical move considering I'm already deep in the hole and I have basically nothing to gain from it

But then again my wrestlers are all on written tracks so it doesn't matter if they work 1 show or 5 shows, I'm paying them the same amount. And a second show means more chance to develop talents.

I'd personally keep Thunder. Real WCW had Saturday Night and WorldWide still going in 2001, so cancelling those should help with costs.

The last WCW show aired was WorldWide actually and aired the same day as X-Seven. Weird world we live in.
