The death mechanic is sick. Honestly dying doesn't even feel like you failed because you get to pick a new character with different traits. I like that a lot.

it really makes it feel like each run is a run, and not just a chance at getting a completion. you feel like youre always progressing in that sense unless you really blow it

Just trying to make it through each run with as much as gold as possible so I can upgrade stuff. Definitely gets easier.
