Backstory is they're expanding from the Manufacturing and Mining business to the Media business, changing their name from 3M to 4M and forming a Media brand that buys out a few local stations all over the US and Canada, and they also force Verne's hand to buy it from him, using Jesse Ventura and Verne's boy Greg to buy it off of him.
