Like people experiment with pronouns, sometimes some people also detransition (funny enough, less people detransition than regret knee replacement surgery). And it is one thing to say "I am question, mind calling me a girl?" Then realize "nah I am not." As opposed to lying about getting GRS, sending pictures "showing" a transition and more.
