I remember I was really upset they got svr 07 instead of 06 bc I had 06 still and you could only unlock Jake Roberts on the PS2 if you unlocked him on the psp first what a fucking scam

So I never played as Jake Roberts on svr 06, my favorite wrestling game is still incomplete for me

I did eventually get svr 07 and used the PSP to get whatever guy I needed to on that one bc they did the gimmick again then I think

i rememeber WWF Raw on sega had kwang and SNES didnt

Yeah some of those console differences back then were just weird

The Jake Roberts thing was just extra weird for me bc he was an option on the PS2, you just needed the psp to unlock him. Terrible capitalism

Some games on the 90s were just completely different system to system too not just the roster. Like they just slapped the branding on a completely different game

And then in the 2000s they did those DS and mobile versions of the svr games that were just nothing lol

and kwang was some buff dude, def not savio vega

I remember even the wii version of svr 08 was just stripped bare and a completely different game, didn't have a story mode or anything
